Beaver Lakes Estates Reservation Terms & Conditions
By completing this reservation, I acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- Reservations may only be made by Beaver Lakes Estates Members in good standing.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their family members and guests during the reservation period.
Reservations & Payment
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking using PayPal. A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
- Reservations are limited to a maximum of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Extensions may be approved, subject to availability and Board policies.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
- At the discretion of Beaver Lakes Estates and subject to availability, reservations canceled within thirty (30) days may be rescheduled.
Cabin and Campground Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
- Guests who fail to vacate the cabin or campsite by the required check-out time may be subject to additional charges or loss of future reservation privileges.
Cabin Care & Cleaning
- Guests must provide their own bedding, linens, pillows, blankets, and towels.
- Cabins must be left in a clean condition upon departure. Cleaning supplies are provided.
- A $35 cleaning fee will be assessed if the cabin is not left in satisfactory condition, as determined by the Resident Caretaker.
Campground Responsibilities
- Campsites and trailer spaces must be kept neat and clean throughout the stay.
- Guests are responsible for removing all trash before departure.
Lodge Responsibilities
- The Lodge is for day use only and may not be used for overnight accommodations.
- The Lodge must be left in a clean condition upon departure. Cleaning supplies are provided.
- A $100 cleaning fee will be assessed if the Lodge is not left in satisfactory condition, as determined by the Resident Caretaker.
Property Rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all cabins and the Lodge.
- Guests must follow all U.S. Forest Service fire restrictions currently in place.
- Guests shall respect neighboring property owners, other guests, and Beaver Lakes Estates property at all times.
- Exterior lights should be turned off when not in use.
- Dog must be kept on a leash.
- Members are responsible for ensuring that their family members and guests comply with all Beaver Lakes Estates rules and policies.
Damage, Liability & Conduct
- Members are financially responsible for any damage to Beaver Lakes Estates property caused by themselves, their family members, or their guests.
- Beaver Lakes Estates, ELHA, Inc., its Board of Directors, officers, volunteers, and employees are not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during a guest's stay.
- Guests use all cabins, campsites, common areas, roads, trails, and recreational facilities at their own risk.
- Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or other Beaver Lakes Estates policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or suspension of future reservation privileges, as determined by the Board of Directors.
Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. The version published on the Beaver Lakes Estates website at the time of reservation shall govern the reservation.

By selecting the "I Agree" checkbox and completing this reservation, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to these Reservation Terms & Conditions. I acknowledge that this reservation constitutes a binding agreement and that I am responsible for complying with all Beaver Lakes Estates policies during my stay.
