Its that time of year again when we hold the Annual Member Meeting and Potluck Picnic.
The Annual Member Meeting will be held on Zoom (see below for log in information) to get as many Members in on the meeting as possible.
The Potluck Picnic will follow and will be at the Lodge in person. Please come and meet your neighbors! BLE will provide grilling burgers, hot dogs, buns and condiments.

The board is very pleased to announce that three Members have submitted self-nominations for the upcoming Board election. Also, there are two existing Board Members whose terms will expire in July and have submitted nominations to continue on the Board. This makes for a total of five nominations.
The Board has decided to increase the number of Board Members from the current seven (7) Board Members to nine (9) Board Members which is the maximum allowable by the Covenants. Therefore, with the two expiring terms and the two new positions there will be the opportunity to vote for four (4) Board Members.
Ballots will be in the mail soon and the votes will be counted at the Annual Member meeting on July 16th. Keep an eye out for the mailing and contact any Board Member if you have not received your ballot. (Board Member emails can be found HERE.)
There are two board positions becoming available for the 2022-2025 board term. The board election will occur on July 16th at the Annual Meeting. If you are a Member of ELHA in good standing and are interested in joining the volunteer board please submit your nomination and a short one page bio describing yourself and how you would benefit the community. Mail or drop off your nomination to:

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
