Lake County has lifted the fire ban. Beaver Lakes Estates remains concerned for the safety of our community and asks that any fires be minimal and under constant supervision and control until fully extinguished and cold to touch.

After careful consideration the ELHA Board has decided to update the Rules & Regulations, Section 9 Camping at the Campgrounds pertaining to the storage of campers, RV’s, boats, etc. at the campground by the upper lake. While we encourage members to enjoy the lodge, cabin, and the camp sites around the upper lake the Board feels strongly (6 yes votes and 1 no vote) that a storage lot at the upper lake is not in the best interest of the community and will no longer be permitted. The Rules & Regulations do allow for the storage of these type of campers, RV’s, boats, etc. on developed lots with homes on them. We have updated the Rules & Regulations accordingly and they are posted on the BLE website under Documents for your reference.

It’s that time of year again when the cows return to their pasture. The upper gate needs to be closed after each use and remain closed at all times.
The Empire Valley Homeowners Association Board is seeking Board Members to serve on behalf of our community. There is one (1) position that is scheduled to turn over in July.

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
