After a long process the Board has decided not to continue with the current water rights purchase. Please see the January meeting notes in the previous post below for more detailed information.
Therefore, ELHA will be refunding the total amount paid to date by all Members.

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
