This is a reminder that our Annual Member Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lodge. Members may attend in person or via Google Meet.
During the meeting, the Board will present a summary of the accomplishments and initiatives from the past year, provide an update on the Association's financial status, discuss our upcoming Reserve Study and Water Study, and review priorities for the coming year.
Sheriff Heath Speckman will join us to speak about the Lake County Sheriff's Office services provided in BLE. We will also have Sam Mader from the Arkansas River Watershed Collaborative, who will present practical information on wildfire mitigation and ways homeowners can better protect their properties.
Following the meeting, please join us for our annual Community Picnic. BLE will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, and soft drinks. We invite members to bring a side dish or dessert to share as we enjoy time together with neighbors.
We hope you can join us for both the meeting and the picnic. Your participation helps make Beaver Lakes Estates a stronger community.
