In Colorado, wildfires are not a "what if" but a "when". The Colorado State Forest Service will be conducting a Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) workshop to help property owners reduce wildfire risks. The HIZ Guidelines help you assess the space around your home to protect your lives and property from the devastating effects of wildfire.
The workshop will be hosted by Diane Fedie and Andrea Hrusovsky at 860 Empire Valley Drive on Thursday, September 3rd at 6:00 pm.

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
