Last week, the Association was served with a lawsuit concerning the recent approval by a majority of all owners in the community of the short term rental prohibition. This will be the only place you will be able to access official association information concerning this suit including the lawsuit, and any pleadings filed in this case. Please let the Board know if you have any questions regarding this matter.
The Capital Improvement Budget is a planning document for estimating necessary expenditures for BLE improvements and facility repairs. It will be updated periodically and is a work in constant progress. It can be found under Documents here:

As we move forward with maintenance and improvements for the Cabins, Campgrounds and Lodge, the Board is conducting this survey of Members to determine use and gather suggestions for improvements and maintenance needs for these amenities.

Click here for the Board Document and full details | All Members, guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees must close the lower and upper easement gates. Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
