NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Empire Lodge Homeowners Association Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting on January 4, 2019 to ratify the FY’21 Annual Budget (May 1, 2020 thru April 30, 2021).
Summary: The meeting will be held at the Lodge at 9:00 am. All members are welcome to attend.
Please add to your calendars the following meeting times for next year:
January 4 – 9:00 am – Budget Ratification Meeting followed at 9:30 am by the Board Meeting
March 28 – 9:00 am – Board Meeting
May 16 – 8:00 am – Board Meeting
July 25 – 9:00 am – Annual Member Meeting followed by the Member Picnic at 12:00 noon
November 21 – 9:00 am – FY ’21 – ’22 Budget Determination Meeting

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
