The Annual Member Meeting will be held on Zoom and in person at the Lodge on Saturday, July 20, 9:00 am.
The Member Meeting will be followed by the Potluck Picnic at approximately 11:00 am depending on when the Member Meeting adjourns.
Please bring a delicious dish to share. Burgers, brats, buns, chips, condiments and drinks will be provided.

Members,
The End of Year accounting shows that ELHA was over budget by approximately $59,000. We were aware of this over the last year knowing we have good reserves to cover the costs. Here are the key reasons:
- Income as budgeted was down due to the cabins being worked on through the summer.
- Expenses were up due to the costs related to significant road improvements; cabin repairs; training for the caretaker’s commercial driver’s certification; year over year adjustments for fees and collections; and several smaller budget differences.

Gate Closure Policy
Click here for the Board Document and full details | All Members, guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees must close the lower and upper easement gates. Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
