The annual Chipping Day for on site chipping of slash and small trees to aid in fire mitigation is coming some time in October. When a day is selected by Arkansas River Water Collaborative, who is organizing the event, we will post again. Until then prepare based on the diagrams below.
The Empire Lodge Homeowners’ Association (ELHA) is accepting proposals from licensed real estate brokers to provide services to sell a single lot owned by ELHA. Services are to sell and close on Lot 91, Filing 2 (185 Empire Valley Drive), which is a vacant lot. Please indicate: services to be provided, broker name, agent name, contact information, schedule for services, and commission and fee rates to be applied. Proposals are due by Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at close of business.

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
