We have gotten some notices from Members that they have not received an invoice for the annual dues yet. We thank them for letting us know. The invoices were sent out a few weeks ago and with the mail the way it is you may not have received it still. If your address changed please let me know at:

Not to worry if your invoice hasn’t show up in the mail though. You can mail your $1,400.00 dues with a check to:

The BLE Board is excited to welcome Shane Clark to the position of resident caretaker.
Shane grew up in western Colorado and looks forward to returning from Texas and living in the caretaker’s cabin with his dog, Rayo.
He will begin working on January 6th.

Click here for the Board Document and full details | All Members, guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees must close the lower and upper easement gates. Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
