The BLE Board is excited to welcome Shane Clark to the position of resident caretaker.
Shane grew up in western Colorado and looks forward to returning from Texas and living in the caretaker’s cabin with his dog, Rayo.
He will begin working on January 6th.
Here is the agenda for the next Board Meeting. At the November Meeting we will be reviewing next years budget allocations.

The ELHA Board has decided to lift the fire ban in Beaver Lakes Estates following local government recommendations. The Board notes that fire danger is still listed as high and encourages all our Members to take every precaution to protect our neighborhood. Hopefully we’ll get beneficial snow in the next few days and throughout the winter.
This is a reminder that the Beaver Lakes community approved The Full Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictive and Protective Covenants for Beaver Lakes Estates and Beaver Lakes Estates Filing 2 which were recorded in Lake County on July 26, 2021. The updated covenants ban Short Term Rentals (STR) starting October 25, 2021.
Beaver Lakes Estates (BLE) is a beautiful HOA regulated community with 176 members. BLE includes two private fishing lakes, a lodge, horse corral, cabins, and campground rentals for its residents. BLE is looking for a full time Resident Caretaker to perform the following duties. This position is not a typical Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm job. Nights, weekends, and extended hours may be required due to cabin rentals, snow removal, lake/stream/dam maintenance, natural disasters, fires, flooding or storms.

Whoever opens the gate must close or wait until the next person closes. The ELHA member of records is responsible for violations by guests, family members, agents, contractors, vendors, and employees.
All offenses: $250 fine.
There may occasions, during the winter months, when the upper gate may be left open, but only when permission has been received from Jim Moyer. Signs on the upper gate will inform you when it can be open and when it must be closed. The bottom gate must be closed at all times.
