After an extended stay that was longer than most years, the cattle have been moved off the Moyer Ranch for the winter. We now have permission to leave the middle gate open. The middle gate is the one about 2 miles up from the highway.

The bottom gate near the highway must always be closed and latched when you pass through it. This applies to you, your guests, and anyone working on your property. This requirement is mandated by a court order.

The BLE Board will begin using Mailchimp to send email updates to all members, including meeting notices, important events, and other community information. This change is intended to make our communications more consistent, timely, and easy to follow. By using a dedicated email platform, we hope to better inform residents and strengthen the connection between the Board and the community.

Emails from BLE will resemble those shown below.

We also want to reassure members that email addresses will only be used for official BLE communications and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Mailchimp does not use or distribute our subscriber list; it only delivers the messages we send through their platform.
